Sushi Hub currently has over 50 stores nationally across Australia and aims to reach 100 stores by 2020. The brand has a established a strong and successful corporate identity and is undergoing enormous annual growth.

​

To accommodate the rapidly growing number of national openings of this successful franchise, my role at Avance Design is to work closely with Sushi Hub to develop efficient and functional design to ensure a smooth expansion of the brand. This process begins with concept design, all the way through to contract documentation and tender. This involves concept sketches, 3D modelling and render, design development, contract documentation and site handover.

Through working on locations in different states in Australia, I have became familiar with varying local council requirements and regulations.
